Write each developer's name at the top of a column. After each call, note the answer in a few words and mark it Clear, Vague or Missing.

- Clear: names who does the work, what you receive and how it is agreed.
- Vague: agrees in principle, with no names, steps or written terms.
- Missing: no answer yet, or "we'll sort that out later".
